Wake Up In The Morning To A Little Bam Bam Veggie Smoothie In Your Life

This is my power drink I use to power start my engine in the morning. This is a nutrient dense vegetable juice that wipes you clean from the inside and removes the sludge. Sludge begone! Sludge begone!

The “Bam Bam” Green Veggie Vegan Recipe Drink” uses foods on the Dr. Sebi nutritional guide and consists of kale, apple, ginger, cayenne pepper, hemp seeds, and spring water.

You should make vegetable juices a part of your daily diet to saturate your body in nutrients. You will be able to consume more vegetables by making blended juices out of them rather than trying to eat the same amount of vegetables.

The combination of these vegetables serves as an all around health supporter. Kale is loaded with nutrients, fiber, and chlorophyll which helps to clean the digestive tract and blood. The apple adds sweetness and texture and its vitamin C helps with the absorption on the non-heme iron fro the kale. Ginger helps to balance the flora in the digestive tract.

Cayenne pepper helps to support metabolism and reduce pain. The hemp seeds are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids which are anti-inflammatory and they are loaded with nitrogen-based compounds that help support muscle repair and growth. The spring water is supportive of normal functioning of all the organs and brain.

I drink a lot of vegetable juices and fruit smoothies daily to support my high level of mental and physical energy, and I would encourage you to do so also. This recipe make 64 oz. of vegetable juice.

(Note: The original recipe used cilantro which was supported on the Dr. Sebi nutritional guide up until recently. I used it for it heavy metal chelation properties and since it was removed I needed to remake the video.)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups kale (loosely chopped kale)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 inch of ginger root
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons of hemp seeds.
  • Enough spring water to make 64 oz of juice
  • 1 Blender
