Baked Burro Banana Slices – Dr. Sebi Electric Alkaline Foods

In the video I show how to make baked burro banana slices. Burro bananas are a recommended food on the Dr. Sebi nutritional guide and are an excellent breakfast food that can be eaten any time throughout the day.

    Ingredients:

  • 4-6 Ripe Burro Bananas
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Sea Salt
  • A little grapeseed oil or other recommended oil. See Dr. Sebi Nutritional Guide

I used a Pyrex baking glass to bake the burro bananas.

Directions:

  1. Pre heat the oven at 350-375 degrees with the Pyrex in the oven. You want to heat the Pyrex by itself to reduce the sticking of the burro bananas.
  2. Peel the bananas
  3. Slice the bananas down the middle. The results in thicker banana slices and leaves a rounded edge on all slices. This reduces the surface area that will touch the Pryex. You will bake the bananas with the rounded side touching the Pyrex.
  4. Lightly coat both sides of the banana with oil and place rounded side downwards.
  5. Sprinkle on the spices on the flat surface.
  6. Carefully remove the Pyrex from the oven. Use oven gloves. Add the bananas to the Pyrex, round side down. Give the bananas a nudge to keep them from sticking. Place Pyrex back in the oven.
  7. Around 30 seconds to a minute in carefully give the banana slices another nudge to keep the from sticking to the Pyrex. After another minute of baking give them another nudge.
  8. Let bake for 25 minutes. You can give them another nudge along them way.
