Beautiful Dance Between The Body And Plant Synergy

The body developed to benefit from consuming natural alkaline plant foods and their minerals/elements and their specific mineral/element combinations.

Plant Synergy Increases Cell Protection

Many of these mineral/element combinations are phytonutrients. Single elements like copper, iron, calcium, and compounds like natural sugar found in fruits, and fats found in nuts are essential “nutrients” because the body needs them to exist.

Phytonutrients aren’t essential for keeping you alive and healthy, but they surely do help! Plants absorb water and minerals from soil and convert them into various compounds. Some of those compounds are fiber, carbohydrates, and some are even phytonutrients.

Plants make different classifications of phytonutrients, with some being classified as carotenoids or flavonoids, that help protect them from fungus, bugs, cancer, radiation, and other threats. There are more than 25,000 different phytonutrents.[1]

Just as plants use these minerals/element compounds to protect themselves,  the body recognizes the compounds and utilize them to protect and strengthen itself.

Cells throughout the body have receptors  designed to let in specific single minerals/elements as well as compounds. Cells have receptors for phytonutrients so can use the compounds to assist the body in healing and maintaining health.

Not only do these compounds help the body fight disease and maintain health, they also produce synergy when used together.

Combining different plant foods together results in a synergistic effect when combating disease. This means that the power one compound plus the power of another compound is more than the expected power of just combining them both. This would be 1 + 1 = 2 1/2.

I queued the video start by showing the synergy between grapes on onions.  These foods are on the Dr. Sebi nutritional guide and have greater chemical affinity with the body.
